March 10, 2025: Inquiry from a US Pet Brand
A big US pet brand found Topwon through our website. They sell pet food, toys and cleaning products.
Their products looked messy on simple shelves. Customers could not find things easily. Best-selling items did not stand out.
Workers spent too much time tidying shelves every day.
Zoey replied quickly. She listened carefully and wrote down all the customer’s needs.

March 18, 2025: Plan and Quotation
Zoey made a clear plan for a corrugated countertop display. She sent the quotation to the customer.
The customer accepted it on the same day.
March 25, 2025: Design Confirmation
Our designer made the artwork. Zoey sent it to the customer for checking.
The customer wanted small changes. Zoey worked with the designer until the customer was fully happy.

April 5, 2025: Sample Making
Our factory made a real sample. Zoey sent photos and videos to the customer.
The customer checked the sample and placed a bulk order.
April 15, 2025: Mass Production
We started mass production with strong B-flute cardboard.
Zoey watched the whole production and checked the quality carefully.
April 30, 2025: Inspection and Shipment
Zoey checked all products. Then we packed and shipped them to the US.
Zoey tracked the shipping and updated the customer all the time.
May 20, 2025: Display Used in Stores
The displays went into hundreds of US stores.
The pet section became clean and tidy. Customers shopped more easily. Impulse sales increased a lot.
June 2025: Good Feedback and Long-term Cooperation
After one month, the customer gave great feedback.
Sales went up. Workers saved much time. The customer was very satisfied.
They decided to keep working with Topwon and Zoey for future orders.
