Project Background
With Christmas just around the corner, past experience indicates that greeting card sales are sure to increase. However, the existing display racks are disorganized, stock replenishment is inefficient, and the displays lack appeal—raising concerns that competitors might capture a larger share of the market. The client wishes to replace the existing displays with corrugated cardboard greeting card racks better suited for retail environments.

Greeting cards must be promoted at the following locations:
- Festive display area at the main entrance
- Central location within the Christmas and New Year themed section

In summary, the client sent an inquiry in December, and we quickly provided a proposal and drawings. After sample approval, a bulk order was placed. All display racks were shipped flat-packed, keeping logistics costs low, and deployment across all stores was completed before Christmas. Upon installation, the greeting card section appeared neat and uniform, with easy setup, perfectly resolving the issues raised by the client. The client expressed satisfaction with both the product and the delivery timeline.
