Custom POP Displays for Functional Beverages Case

This client is based in the United States and operates a retail store specializing in energy drinks. After noticing that their competitors were already using corrugated cardboard display stands and frequently running holiday-themed promotions, they decided they wanted to try switching to a different type of display stand. That’s why they reached out to us for a consultation.

February 1, 2026: Received an inquiry from the U.S. client

Nico, a sales representative at Topwon, received an inquiry. Nico said: “They described their basic situation to me. At first, they didn’t know that our display racks were made of corrugated cardboard, and they were very surprised.”
They sell quite a few beverage brands, such as Red Bull and Monster, and have many stores. However, they had been using metal shelving for years without replacing it. Although the quality of these displays was good, they couldn’t keep up with market trends. When holidays rolled around, their competitors’ displays would be updated with new, holiday-themed designs. They looked very distinctive, and it seemed their sales had increased significantly. Although we couldn’t see their actual sales figures, it was clear that they had noticeably more customers than before.

Mid-to-late February 2026: Customizing a Dedicated Solution and Placing the Order

After detailed discussions and taking the client’s store layout into account, we designed three types of corrugated cardboard display rack solutions:

  1. Freestanding cardboard display racks: Placed in the store’s main aisle
  2. End-cap cardboard display stands: Placed next to the cash register
  3. Wall-mounted cardboard display racks: Suitable for stores with limited floor space

Of course, all of these display stands were custom-designed and manufactured. We took into account every aspect, including the client’s logo, promotional graphics, designs aligned with the holiday promotional objectives, sufficient load-bearing capacity, easy installation, affordability, environmental compliance, and low logistics costs. Ultimately, we signed the contract.

March 2026: Efficient Production, Strict Quality Control

After the contract was signed and the advance payment received, we began production. As always, we followed our standard process: creating prototypes before moving to mass production. Since the order quantity was not particularly large, we proceeded directly to mass production and shipment.

Although this wasn’t a massive order involving thousands or tens of thousands of display racks, we still used high-quality, thickened corrugated cardboard and strictly controlled both the printing and load-bearing quality. We also took into account the aesthetic preferences of American consumers. After completing production on time and in full according to the contract, we shipped the goods via sea freight, which kept costs at a minimum.

April 2026: Delivery and Installation Guidance


After a long sea voyage, the shipment finally reached the client in April. At first, the client was a bit concerned about how to install the displays. However, with our video tutorials and online guidance, they were able to set them up quickly. The installation process is truly very simple. When they first saw our installation video, they thought it was impossible—how could a woman assemble a display stand in less than a minute?

Now in Use

The displays are now officially in use, and the feedback so far has been positive, though the final sales data is still pending. But the smile on the client’s face speaks volumes about their satisfaction with our work.
