In February 2025, shortly after the Chinese New Year, our online sales representative (Wendy) received an email from a UK address. Drawing on years of experience, she immediately sensed positive potential. First, the email address was a legitimate corporate domain matching the UK IP region. Second, the content demonstrated professional expertise and detailed requirements. The client required eco-friendly materials, urgent delivery, and simple installation for displaying and storing intimate apparel like underwear, socks, and sweatshirts. Specific dimensions were provided: 110cm×50cm×170cm, 70cm×15cm×110cm, and 25cm×18cm×45cm. Without being an actual client, it would be impossible to know such detailed parameters and dimensions. Although the email currently states only a small quantity of display racks is needed, under normal circumstances, a new client is unlikely to place a large order immediately. There is typically a process of collaboration and adjustment before placing substantial orders.
