Since Topwon began building our online presence early on—including our independent e-commerce site, various social media platforms, and Alibaba—we have been diligently maintaining these channels. So, it feels quite natural to us to receive clients from online channels. It’s safe to say that the majority of our customers come from the internet; after all, when doing business globally, it’s difficult to visit every client in person. It’s possible for customers to find us through search engines like Google using keywords, by watching our videos on social media, or even by seeing our information on B2B platforms. Of course, after years in business, we also receive some business through word-of-mouth referrals.

They wanted a custom-made, aesthetically pleasing, and practical cosmetics display rack. Although display racks are not the only way to boost cosmetics sales, if we combine them with the actual situation—considering not just the racks themselves but other related factors—and implement them as part of a comprehensive promotional strategy, sales typically see an increase. Therefore, we elevated our service by collaborating with the client to explore and analyze various factors, which we then incorporated into the custom display rack design.
Iterative Communication and Revisions
When working with a new client, it’s essential to thoroughly understand all relevant factors. We patiently discussed their shelf dimensions, product categories, lighting requirements, and brand style, refining the proposal step by step. Good things come to those who wait—after several days of back-and-forth communication, we finally finalized the custom display rack design. The next step was the standard custom display rack production process.

The client was highly satisfied with both the design and quality, and officially placed the order in August 2025.
Production, quality inspection, and shipping were completed seamlessly. By September 2025, this batch of custom display racks was officially in use in the cosmetics section of a U.S. supermarket. With the new display racks in place, the cosmetics section became neat, upscale, and eye-catching.
