Jewelry Display Stand With Hooks Case Study for Mall Accessory Store Display and Storage

Case Overview & Confidentiality Statement

This case serves an American high-end local jewelry boutique. Due to a commercial confidentiality agreement, we will not share the client’s company name, brand information, real store photos or business data in this article. All pictures and display renderings here are only for showing craft and display effects. They are not the client’s real goods, customized racks or actual store photos, and are just used as reference materials for this case. Our sales specialist Tina took charge of the whole project one-on-one. This record covers every standard step of custom corrugated display racks.

This American client sells light luxury earrings, niche small accessories and fine jewelry. They have strict standards for window display texture and brand style. Traditional loose storage makes earrings tangled, messy and looks cheap, which fails to match the high-end image of their boutique. Therefore, the client ordered custom corrugated display racks with hooks for high-end window display, neat product arrangement and daily brand image upgrading.

February 8, 2026 | Client sends official inquiry & project starts

On February 8, 2026, our sales specialist Tina received an official inquiry from this American jewelry boutique. The client put forward clear demands: custom corrugated display racks with hooks mainly for high-end window display. The racks need a stable structure with evenly spaced hooks to hold different kinds of earrings separately. They want a simple, high-end look with custom brand LOGOs, matching the light luxury store style. The racks must fix common problems such as messy, tangled goods and poor display effects.

Tina sorted out all core requirements at once, including usage scenes, display items, material standards, printing customization, sizes, order quantity and delivery time. She filed all demands to prepare for later design, quotation and sample making.

February 9 – 10, 2026 | Scheme design, drawing adjustment & official quotation

Based on the client’s high-end window positioning, Tina worked with the design team to improve the rack structure. Considering small and easy-to-tangle earrings, the team set proper hook distances and layered layouts to keep goods steady, prevent slipping and separate different items. The simple overall design avoids messy visuals and lets jewelry become the center of attention.

The design team finished full structural drawings and 3D renderings. Tina calculated all costs including corrugated paper, waterproof film, color printing, die-cutting, manual assembly and export standards, then sent a detailed formal quotation. After several rounds of communication and style adjustments, the client confirmed the design, drawings and quotation, paid the deposit, and the project officially started.

February 11 – 15, 2026 | Finalize print files, pre-production sampling & sample confirmation

The client sent brand design files. Our designers carefully checked picture resolution, color parameters and text layout to avoid printing mistakes. After confirming the color draft, the factory made blank structural samples and full-color finished samples. Workers tested load-bearing capacity, structural stability, folding performance and display effects.

Tina tracked sample production the whole time and sent sample photos and videos to the client. She adjusted small details based on the client’s feedback. Finally the client signed to lock the sample, which became the unified production standard for mass goods to guarantee consistent quality.

February 16 – 25, 2026 | Mass production & full quality inspection

The factory carried out mass production strictly following the confirmed sample. The whole process included corrugated board cutting, high-precision color printing, waterproof scratch-resistant film covering, precise die-cutting and creasing, manual pasting and finished product trimming. We followed high standards for export display racks, strictly controlling color difference, rough edges, misplaced creases and glue separation to keep uniform, high-end texture for all products.

After production, the QC team checked every single rack one by one. They re-tested sizes, structures, printing, load-bearing and appearance, picked out all defective goods and made reworks. All finished products meet the client’s high display requirements and export quality standards.

February 26, 2026 | Sort finished goods, remote inspection & balance payment settlement

All qualified racks were folded neatly, sorted and packed with waterproof and moisture-proof bags inside standard export cartons. Clear order labels were stuck on boxes to avoid mix-ups during shipping. Tina took photos of mass products, craft details and packing videos for the client’s remote inspection.

The client agreed the craft, structure and display effects fully matched the sample, was satisfied with product quality and delivery speed, and finished paying the balance.

February 27, 2026 | Prepare export packages & arrange international delivery

After receiving the balance, Tina picked the safest and most efficient international shipping route based on the American delivery address. All goods were packed with extra protection and labeled with standard export tags, then shipped out the same day. Tina sent the tracking number, estimated arrival time and delivery check reminders to the client, and tracked shipment updates continuously.

March 2 – 8, 2026 | Goods arrive & client accepts the shipment

After international transport, the goods reached the client’s destination in the US safely. The client checked outer packages, counted cartons and randomly opened boxes to inspect finished racks. No broken parts, deformation or printing flaws were found. The racks had stable structures and smooth hooks for hanging earrings, fully meeting the boutique’s high-end window display needs. The client signed to accept the goods with no issues.

March 9 – 11, 2026 | On-site assembly & window display upgrade

This corrugated display rack can be folded and assembled quickly without any tools. The store staff finished setting up all racks in a short time, then hung different light luxury earrings and small accessories on separate hooks. The racks completely solved the old problem of piled and tangled jewelry.

The simple and clean rack design does not distract shoppers from jewelry, highlights the delicate texture of earrings, makes the whole window look neater and more high-end, and greatly upgrades the store’s overall display image.

March 12 – 18, 2026 | Client feedback & intention of long-term cooperation

After one week of real store use, the client shared positive feedback on display performance. The window looks tidy and high-end, products are easy to see and pick, more customers stop to browse, and sales of small earrings have clearly gone up.

The client highly praised Tina’s professional full-time service, fast delivery and stable product quality. They left good comments and showed clear willingness for long-term cooperation. They plan to keep ordering customized display racks for new product launches and holiday promotions in the future.
